Applications Engineer Trainee
Department: Technical Services

The successful candidate will be responsible for assuming a role of Technical and Customer Service provider, effectively processing highly technical product support needs and communicating product solutions to end-users via telephone, e-mail, and the Internet.

  • Provide technical product support and assist customers choosing appropriate parts for electronic products
  • Update product drawings and customer files for accuracy
  • Provide timely responses and regular updates on customer inquiries
  • Proactively keep management informed of critical customer issues/concerns

Requirements:

  • Electronic technical support or customer service experience
  • Strong, professional communication skills
  • As a member of an achievement-oriented team, have a positive attitude and a strong desire to leverage problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, experience in Solidworks or other 3D CAD design software a plus
  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering experience helpful


Facilities Maintenance Assistant
Department: Plant Support

We are seeking an experienced person to assist maintenance technician and warehouse supervisor with all types of building maintenance. If you have experience with carpentry, plumbing and electrical this full-time career opportunity may be for you.

  • Assist with maintaining building mechanicals (A/C, heat, compressors, etc.)
  • Build shelves, storage racks, etc.
  • Help with plumbing tasks.
  • Assist with the installation of electrical wiring, etc.
  • Clean and maintain filters, ionizers, and belts on air cleaners.
  • Experience with forklift a plus.
  • Help maintain the general cleanliness of the building and property.

Requirements:

  • Must be organized
  • Know how to use various hand tools, power tools and plumbing tools.
  • Knowledge of HVAC is a plus
  • Have excellent communication skills.


Machinist Trainee
Department: Screw Machine

Train to operate production equipment. Must have mechanical ability.


CNC Lathe / Programmer / Set-Up / Operator
Department: Screw Machine

Seek CNC machinist to program, set-up and operate CNC Screw Machines.

Requirements:
  • Experience with G-code, preferable on Fanuc controllers. (Knowledge of Swiss screw machines is a plus.)
  • Good mechanical skills.
  • The ability to work with small parts and be fluent with the use of micrometers and verniers.
  • Effective communication skills.
