Requirements:
Experience preferred. Must have mechanical ability,
will train.
CNC
Lathe / Programmer / Set-up / Operator
Reports
to: Screw Machine Manager
Requirements:
-
Candidate
must have 5 years experience programming CNC machinery.

Must
have good mechanical skills.

Must
be able to work with small tight tolerance parts
and be fluent with the use of micrometers and
verniers.

be able to communicate effectively.
Account
Manager Trainee
Department: National Sales
Reports to: Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Mill-Max
is seeking a motivated person with up to 2 yrs outside
sales experience. Training will include:
- Learning
how to promote current products
- Introducing
new products
- Maintaining
and extending relationships with sales reps, distributors,
new and existing accounts.
Expected
travel is up to 50%. Strong interpersonal skills are
required, electronic industry experience preferred
but not required
Technical
Support / Applications Engineer
Department: Technical Services
Reports to: Vice President, Sales and Marketing
The
Applications Engineer provides technical product
support for customers; checks specifications and
catalog drawings for accuracy; prepares technical
data required for sales quotations; helps enhance
the knowledge of the sales areas (inside, outside,
distributor and reps) with regards to the Mill-Max
product line and its application; helps with the
preparation of catalogs and technical bulletins.
Responsibilities:
-
Provide
technical product support and field response
to customer issues
- Update
product drawings and customer files
- Provide
timely responses and regular updates on customer inquiries
- Proactively
keep management informed of critical customer issues/concerns
The
qualified candidate will possess:
- Mechanical
or Electrical Engineering experience
- Excellent
communication and customer service skills, complemented
by a relentlessly enthusiastic and positive attitude
and a strong desire to leverage problem solving skills.
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Office and Windows required; experience
in Solidworks or other 3D CAD design software a plus.
- A
Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering)
The
successful candidate will be responsible for assuming
a role of both Technical and Customer Service provider,
effectively processing highly technical support needs
and communicating solutions to end-users.
