We recognize the different regional requirements our customers have. We commit to provide information about our products for our customers. We will support our customers to find alternatives for existing designs that have become restricted and controlled through unforeseen regulations. We will also support our customers to meet these regulations with new designs and product alternatives.

MILL-MAX will not be substituting "lead free" parts without specific authorization from each customer. MILL-MAX will not make any change to product form, fit, or function without the expressed permission of our customer. We strongly recommend customers re-qualify new lead-free RoHS compliant product. This must be accomplished where it matters most; in the customers process and in their specific application. We can identify alternative products for customers that choose to re-qualify, and our Technical Services staff is committed to helping accomplish this important step in the process. We urge customers to discuss this change with our Technical Services group and consider the impact to process, function, costs, and availability with great care.
